-On the 2nd floor:
• a large room on street, consisting of 2 independent 0 beds, 80 * 1, 9 which side-by-side form a bed double 1, 60 * 1, 90. As for the House from the bottom, they can be separated but bed linen and duvet supplied are only for a double bed.
It is also possible for exceptional situations to add an inflatable mattress two people in this room if ever the number of host more than 6 people.
This House has on the 2nd floor of a warm kitchen which sight dominates the entire gardens a bathroom while Italian (1st floor) and a shower room (2nd floor) with WC, washbasin, machine washing complete the comfort of this renovated housing.
On the 1st floor, the terrace with its panoramic view, to relax.
Rules of life in the House.
-No noise beyond 10 pm.
-Do not smoke inside the House.
-Empty all trash before departure.
-Loosen these sheets before departure.
-Do the dishes before leaving.
-Empty the fridge prior to departure - a tour will be done with the owner before your departure to verify the State of the premises.
-Any breach of regulation, may result in a deduction from the deposit.
Access of travellers while the occupant lives downstairs and takes advantage of the garden, guests are on the 1st and 2nd floor of a real whole housing with access to the terrace of the 1st floor, from a room, to relax.
