Je ne suis pas satisfait de l'accueil, personne pour nous recevoir... En cas de problème, pas de gestionnaire... A qui doit-on s'adresser ? Je trouve que la propreté laisse à désirer... Je suis rester deux semaines dans l'appartement, les odeurs dans les couloirs et dans l'ascenseur de la résidence sont désagréables... J'ai trouvé un cafard dans mon studio, c'est normal ? J'espère que mon commentaire vous permettra d'être plus vigilant concernant la propreté des locaux avant de louer une chambre ! Je souhaite changer de chambre pour la semaine prochaine, dans l'espoir de ne pas rencontrer le même soucis de propreté...
