Holiday appartment ideally situated near the banks of the Loire and opposite the "Logis Royal, of Amboise", spacious and refined in a House of the XVIth in a city classified by UNESCO. Ideal for your holidays in Touraine, in the heart of the Loire Valley, between castles and vineyards.
The appartement is very quiet near the Loire river and with a direct view on the castle. This is a charming 3-bedrooms apartment (120m2) located in the heart of Amboise, with a computer and wifi equiped.
You have a private garden and you park your car inside the property of Villa la Loire.
The view is incredible and you could always see the hot air balloons during the afternoon. The apartment is located in Amboise's center and everything is within a walking distance.
Appartment quiet, spacious and well appointed. It has a peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the Chateau Amboise. A good place to base a visit to the Loire valley.
That apartment includes:
- one entrance,
- one kitchen,
- one living-dining room;
- one bathroom with a tub, a washing basing and toilets;
- one showerroom, with a shower, a washing basin (and washing machine);
- and one separate toilet.
These three bedrooms are completely separate ( separate from each other, separate from the livingroom, and separate from the bathroom, the showerroom and the toilets).
1°) The first bedroom includes three beds: one is a king size bed, which is actually a double bed made of two beds that are joined together, but can be severed from each other (they are joined only by the sheets); and, in this first bedroom, there is another bed, for one person, that you have not seen on the photo. Therefore three people can sleep in this first bedroom,
2°) The second bedroom provides two separate beds (which might be joined with each other, in order to form one large double bed), as you have perfectly observed : two persons can sleep in this second bedroom.
3°) The third bedroom (the one with red wall paper) is furnished with three beds: two beds in a line along the leftwall, as you have well noticed, and one large bed, for two people, on the right hand side, that you could not discover on the same photography, but only on another one. This bed for two persons cannot be slipt in two beds, for it is a unique bed, but made for two people. Thus, this third bedroom can welcome three people.
On the whole, eight persons can live in this apartment ( 3+2+ 3). No room is designed to welcome four people. However, if that might be convenient for you, it could be possible to add an extra folding bed in any of these three bedrooms.
I add that it is possible to get to the bathroom or to the showerroom or to the toilets from any of these bedrooms, without goint through of another bedrooms, since they are completey independant from each other and are not ensuite to one of the bedrooms.
