Shops nearby (bakeries, butcher, fruit and vegetables restaurants and pizzerias, pharmacy, supermarkets etc.) 5' bike ride from the centre of Antibes with its beaches, 10' Juan pines. Easy access to Nice and Cannes by the shuttle bus N°200 nearby (200 m), € 1.50 path, and by car or bicycle (trails Cannes-Nice) studio:-reversible air-conditioning (summer / winter)-1 sleeping adult 140 cm + 1 sleeping children 110 cm or 4 people (preferably for a couple with or without children). The beds are new you should provide the sheets and pillow cases the rest is available (possibility to provide upon request (cleaning €50 extra fee) - washing machine, oven, microwave, mini oven, flatscreen TV, DVD player, refrigerator and freezer, extractor, plate built-in cooktop, coffee maker, kettle and grill bread, full crockery, quilts, pillows storage, vacuum cleaner and equipment cleaning etc.
All devices are planned for maximum 4 people, no more people will be allowed.
