Description
The building was built in 1970.
We have renovated and decorated our apartment with a surface of 80 m² beginning 2014.
It consists of two rooms with a bed 140 x 190 and a bed 160 x 200. The mattress and box spring are almost new. As well as in the lounge and study them corner sofa which unfolds with two sleeping places each.
We can also add a lounge chair for a child in the yellow room.
There is double glazing in all windows. In case of big heat fan can you be lent.
We will be missing from the apartment. You'll have access to all parts in respect of each (including neighbours) as well as all the equipment of the apartment: TV, internet (fiber broadband), oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, induction...
We will put at your disposal in the room plan of the city, transport as well as information about activities to do in Lyon and the region.
We also provide you with clean towels and bed linen.
Being absent we will try as far as possible to be there for the arrival of apartment otherwise we will ask a trusted person to do it for us.

We love our neighborhood for his composure while being close to the centre of Lyon, urban parks.
We are also close to Montchat district which is a mini village in the city with its futures and market on Saturday morning with excellent products.
Everything is located 10 minutes walk maximum: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco press, wine, cheese, restaurants, market...
From Part Dieu Station: with the T3 in 10 minutes.
Saint Excupery Airport: with Rhône Express + T3 in 30 minutes.
From the motorway: Boulevard Périphérique Laurent Bonnevay, exit door monchat hospitals is in 5 mins. We have a parking place for your car.
A Velov (bike) station is a 2 minutes walk from the building for the bravest!
