Charming and renovated 1-2BR apartment in the very best location in Nice - just 1 block from the Mediterranean and Nice's best hotel, the Negresco. The apartment is on a semi-pedestrian street, with parking and all amenities close by. My family has traveled a lot and the apartment has art from all corners of the world.
Nice is a great city to experience and explore the Cote d'Azur: superb beaches, amazing restaurants, great culture, beautiful surroundings (from South Alps, to Monaco, Cannes and Italy, all less than 45 minutes away). Prices vary from Eur200 to Eur700 per week depending on the season and length of stay.
My mother, lives in the same building, speaks English fluently, is very knowledgeable and helpful, and is always happy to help our guests with suggestions and practical ideas to make your stay memorable.
Apartment has broadband internet access, separate kitchenette and bathrooms, washing machine, phone, TV.
Available times: September (euro 400 per week), from October 15 to November 6th (euro 300 per week) and from December 8 2012 to January 10th 2013 (euro 300 per week except Christmas to NYE at euro 500 per week)
