Arty Flat Lyon is above all a concept. In this lovely typical lyonnais apartment renovated in 2014 mix up art, design, and bohemian lifestyle. This place anchored within the heart of Lyon offers temporary displays of contemporary Art to complement your stay.
Located in a vibrant neighborhood, around the corner from Place Sathonay and Place des Terreaux, the typical Lyon "canut" apartment has kept its original charm (wooden floors, molding, fireplace), but with modern comfort.
The 35 sqm apartment is set up as follows:
- a large 30 sqm living room (with sofa bed, and up to two extra mattresses can be provided upon request),
- a mezzanine bedroom (with a real bed and high quality Sealy mattress, 160 cm large),
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a full bathroom.
We provide for our guests :
Clean towels and sheets, complementary soaps, iron with ironing table, equipped kitchen (oven/microwave, induction cooking plates, Krups toaster, Bodum coffee maker, Emile Henry dining set, Rosle cooking tools, ...), and complementary groceries.
Wifi connection and tourist guide books are made available for free.
Upon request, we provide at no cost : "Tefal crêpe party" set, cooking stone set, fondue set, chocolate fondue set, and raclette set. If needed, we can also provide a tablet for you, to go online or access the washing machine program.
On the 4th floor without elevator, but you have to work to deserve the quietness!
