This B&B, completely new, is air-conditioned with access to a covered terrace of 15 m2 with salon garden, beach umbrella and lounges.

The villa is composed of two adjoining buildings but without direct overview (offset + separation, independent entrance).
New equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob, mini-oven. Large living room with sofa and armchairs, flatscreen, bathroom, wc independent. Upstairs a large room (20 m2) with double bed and Lounge Chair.
