The appartment is very suny and ideally situated for every accesses on walk : train and bus station (1min), city center and market (5min), walk near to the river Seine(5min), to the forest of de Saint Germain en Laye (10min).
Ideally situated near to the train station with 2 lines RER A + SNCF (15min Paris center). the City of Poissy is also closed to main highways : A13 et A14. It's really a green setting, with forests and parks, and many possibilities for outdoor activities : Mountain bike, Golf, horse riding, rowing, Jet-Ski, swimming pools...
the city of Poissy is the good alternative for all the advantages of a charming town in the nature with a direct access to Paris for many attractions and historic monuments.
The appartemnt consists of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a living room with a LCD TV, free WIFI access and piano and also a direct access to the terrace. The sofa bed contains a good mattress allowing a comfortable night for 2 additionnal people. Ther is a bedroom with large bed and wooden parquet. There is a bathroom with shower and seperated toilets. All windows are double glazing.
Before every stay I will take a special attention about the quality and preparing the place to be clean and welcoming. I will ask you to give it back in the same state when you leave. In the contrary you will have to pay 70 euros for domestic expenses.
DEPOSIT is required at arrival for 300 € CASH, it will be returned to you the day of your departure.
