And also a washing machine, with offered laundry and drying rack (if you need to dry quickly, there is a laundromat at 100 m).
Bakery just in front of the House! Fresh bread, croissants and pastries every day (except Monday).

By bus: there is a bus stop at 50 m from the House (the bus passes by the station and the city centre of caen). You can reach the train station in 5 minutes, and the city center in 10 minutes!
By car: to come, it is very simple, the city center is at 5 minutes by car. There are parking spots (free) in all the street.
On foot: Caen train/regional bus station at 25 minutes from the house, and the city centre in 40 minutes.
