Very charming studio with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower if you want to feel the unique sould of Paris. This small but comfortable nest under the rooftop welcomes you. Located in the heart of Paris, come stay in this 16m2 studio, fully furnished and tastefully decorated à la française. It is situated in the historic district of Saint Germain des Près, the streets are lively during the day and very safe day at night.
The room gets plenty of sunlight and consists of a large and very comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, shower and storage space (antique wardrobe). A nice collection of books on art, literature and theater make up part of the charm of this little place.
The floor is a beautiful, traditional wooden parquet. Large French windows open onto the balcony and you can calmly sleep with the windows open. You can enjoy the balcony with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and soak up the sun in summer. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunsets over the rooftops of Paris. There are herbs planted on the balcony, which you are welcome to use for cooking your meals.
The room has an internet (wi-fi) connection. The private toilet is situated in the corridor and was completely renovated in 2013.
The studio is on the 6th floor of a very secure Haussmanian building, with a lift, two digicodes and a caretaker. There is a bicycle storage room on the ground floor, which is locked by a code.
Close to cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. The famous store "Bon Marché" is 5 minutes walking distance. On Tuesdays and Fridays you can enjoy a typical Parisian market 7 min by foot, and every Sunday the Organic Market opens its doors close by.
Close to metro stations: St Placide,Vaneau, Duroc, Sèvres Babylone, Montparnasse
There is also a Vélib station (rental bikes) just in front of the building.
