Ideal for holiday resorts in the Vendée. You can enjoy both parks: - Puy du Fou (price of the best Park in the world in 2012 in Los Angeles and best Park in Europe in 2013) at 1:30, - Indian Forest (the largest park of adventures of France), 20 minutes, the poitevin Marsh and beach, port, the Zoo, the aquarium, from the golf course, the Automobile Museumthe castle of Richard the Lion and the Thalasso & SPA Centre.
You can also visit the art glass, the port of les Sables D'olonne, place of departure of the Vendée Globe, salt marshes, Oyster parks.
It is a very quiet, the House is located in a cul-de-sac, close to the paths, hiking trails, bakery, post tobacco office, shops, outdoor games, shopping centre. Possible bicycle rental.
A field with a garden: living room and dining room, independent kitchen, room with a bed (140 x 190) and baby cot on request, Room 2 beds (90 x 190), mezzanine, room bathroom with shower and bathtub, WC.
Facilities: flat screen television, Internet connection with WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, bicycles, garden furniture and barbecue. Very easy to access by the A87, on the Atlantic, in South Vendée coast, 10 minutes from les Sables D'olonne. You can access easily at home with your vehicle and Park nearby.
Rentals from 4 July to 29 August 2015 for the week from Saturday to Saturday only. From 4 April to 4 July and from 29th August to October 31, 2015, rentals in the day with a minimum of 2 nights.

Maison agréable, équipement complet. Proximité de la mer compter plutôt 10 min en voiture et 30 min à vélo. Uartier calme appréciable tout comme le plan d'eau à moins de 5min à pieds et la proximité restaurant et commerces.
