There is a convertible sofa, a desk / office area and plenty of storage space. - The second room is made of a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a very nice living area whose convertible sofa can accommodate 1 person.
Perrache Sainte Blandine is close to Perrache train station and is accessible by public transport (Tramway T1 at 100 meters, Bus, subway is 700 meters far, bikes).
Bedroom detailsThe high-quality convertible sofa is perfect to chill-out and relax. It’s very easy to open and has a 140 x 200 bed. We have carefully chosen the quality of the bed and made sure it’s extremely comfortable.
Pricing details Our prices are for 2 people and include: - fresh linens & towels- weekly cleaning. We won’t charge cleaning fees at the end of the stay as long as our guests leave the flat clean.
Other terms - Additional guest: 20 euros per week- - Additional “taxe de sejour” of 1.2 euros per day and per guest is not included in the price - Security deposit of 300 euros upon arrival- Pets are welcome at an additional fee of 30 euros per week- Late arrivals as well as very-early departure may include an additional fee
