I am offering a 1 bedroom apartment, quiet location located on the eastern side of Paris. Montreuil is an alternative suburb of Paris boasting over 1000 artists who live and work here. It's a fully equipped flat. This apartment is where I live. I have decorated it with a very typical zen style and warm colors. My friends always tell me that my apartment has a very cosy and peaceful energy.
The apartment is located a few minutes’ walk from the metro Mairie de Montreuil, passing shops, supermarkets open on sundays morning and a few ones open late at night, organic shop, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, open air mall, police station etc... The apartment is newly renovated offering a separate bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with Italian mosaic, half open kitchen fully equiped / living area, and separate toilet. The apartment can welcome max 2 people comfortably.
The building is a typical old French house there is no lift and we are located on the third floor and last one. You have access to the balcony where you can have your breakfast on sunny mornings. The building is very quiet. The neighbors are very nice.
You will have full access to the apartment. Only a part of the wardrobe will be occupied by my clothes that I'm not taking with me during my trip.
There a washing machine, washing dishes, fridge, micro-waves, oven, Internet wi-fi... I will leave on the table notes for every equipement notice so you can use them freely.
6 min walking to metro ligne 9 direct to the Eiffel Tour , Champs Elysées, Opéra National Garnier, Galeries Lafayette and many other hot spots of Paris like Oberkampf for the nightlife.
10 min by foot to metro line 1 direct to center of Paris, Hôtel de Ville, Bastille, Louvre…
10 min from RER A Vincennes (where you can visit the Castle of Vincennes with its beautiful garden and forest) in direction of center of Paris, Marne la Vallée Eurodisney - TGV Railway station.
20 minutes away by car to both airports Orly and Charles de Gaulle,
20 minutes by metro to railway stations Gare de Lyon and de Bercy.
Or alternatively you can rent a Parisian Bike (velib') from the many stations located in Montreuil, Paris is approx 3 km to the centre.
I will not be in Paris myself but there will always be someone who will welcome you and show you the apartment and give you the keys. I will be available by e-mail and will answer as soon as I receive your message :)
