In the apartment of 40 square meters, you will have at your disposal a high internet connection, Wifi access, TV Widescreen 157 cm (62 ") with a DVD/Blu-Ray, a Xbox live player with its accessories and many games, a telephone line with free call unlimited in France and 108 countries, 400 channels of television, Youtube, Dailymotion, browser Web on television, numerous cupboards, a closet, irons with table ironing robot vacuum cleaner.

Parking: 1 place in the residence parking lot (remote control supplied) and many external places.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
