Duplex with terrace - Monplaisir L'appartement est vieillissant et mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, les volets dysfonctionnent, la télévision est en fin de vie.
Le ménage laisse à désirer ( fourmis dans la cuisine et baignoire encore couverte de javel ).
Le prix est élevé pour ce niveau de prestations.
