In the heart of the Bellevue neighbourhood, close to the shopping centre and a 10-minute tram ride (line T1) from the city centre, the residence is ideally located. You’ll be able to make the most of this fully equipped and well-located accommodation, whether for business trips or personal use.

The flat is situated on the 2nd floor of a secure block with a lift.
It can accommodate 2 people and comprises a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge and electric hobs, amongst other things) and a bathroom.
The second single bed is a spare bed.

Due to the current COVID situation, a 24-hour gap is observed between each booking.

Wi-Fi is available at all times in the flat.
A self-service laundrette (for a fee) is located within the residential complex.

You will find crockery and kitchen utensils for cooking, as well as everything you need for the upkeep of the property. A set of disposable bed linen will be provided on arrival.
For added comfort, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen.
However, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BATH TOWELS as these are not provided.
