Our villa has been newly renovated and redone nine (opening) in July 2012, it benefits of quality services.
Equipped with great comfort, furnished with great care, it will be the place for your next vacation. Located in a quiet area, you will find all the amenities on-site.
The House full foot, with terrace (under pergola to dine in quiet), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds) a living room, a dining room, a perfectly equipped kitchen and its dining area, a garage (and its laundry)...
On the front of the House, you will find a pleasure garden and barbecue, on the behind is the corner dedicated "to swim". We chose to implement a pool for the natural and eco-friendly wood. Swimming pool wood semi buried and extended terraces wood to create this space for hobbies. The pool is located, and closed completely by portal with lock (to standards NF).
Sun loungers, chairs, Garden, furniture, parasols complete this equipment...
The household linen is provided, internet access through wifi.
On place also flat screen TV, library and board games...
The + rental - withdrawn and quiet area - the proximity of Uzès (city of Art and shops) to only a 10-minute walk...
