ONLY OF THE HAPPINESS
This comfortable and high-quality villa, facing south, benefits from an idyllic surroundings and from a panoramic view on the sea: since the gulf of Giens in the East and the tip of its peninsula, the horizon is opened on 180 °, a pleasure for eyes! You will live in front of this vastness, no prying eyes
Surrounded by 2 hectares of land planted with olive trees, the villa is a haven of peace, quiet without being isolated. West side, you can park your vehicles in the shelter. A few steps then lead you to the south side of the villa. Of the East side, a large terrace allows you to take meals in the shade of the pergola. South side, a second terrace allows to enjoy the sun, to watch the youngest during the bathing, and to spend soft evenings in front of the swimming pool and of the méditerranée.The outdoor furniture is designed for 12 people.
The swimming pool about 14 meters long on 6 wide is sunny from morning till night. On the wide wooden terrace which surrounds it, sunbathings invite you to relax. Nearby, you will enjoy the shaded and friendly outdoor lounge.

HOUSING
The interior of 370m2, spacious and comfortable, allows you to meet yourselves or isolate as needed. On the ground floor, a hall of 20m2 and a 30m2 lounge opening onto the south terrace, bring you to the dining room of 45m2 giving the east side by a large glass door. It communicates directly with the very large modern kitchen (60m2), fully equipped and open to the sea and pool side.
The ground floor also, you will have: a large room of 30m2 and ensuite bathroom, the glass door allows you direct access to the south terrace, 2 bedrooms of smaller dimensions in a row, a bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin and wc, 1 separate wc.
On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms 12m2. They share a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC.
For babies, we provide bed and adapted chair. You just need to tell us what you want!
House is not air conditioned, but none of our guests have complained of the heat, even in summer: walls are thick and the numerous openings sufficient for the circulation of air.

ENVIRONMENT and PRACTICAL SIDE
The small Provencal village of Solliès city is 10 minutes walk via a footpath. Around the charming tree-lined square , you will find bakery, bar, restaurant.
For the conveniences, you are to 5mn of car of La Farlède, little town with every shops and services, and a supermarket. Thanks to the highway A57 which is nearby, you can drive to two big shopping districts in 10 and 20 minutes.

YOU AND US
A person will welcome you and show you the villa. She will put back to you the inventory. She will also be there for your departure and will verify with you the inventory of fixtures.
We ask you to indicate your likely hour of arrival, and to phone to this person one hour before your coming.
You can contact this person if the slightest problem appears during your stay (hey yes, a breakdown does not warn !) Everything will be implemented to remedy it as quickly as possible.
A touristic documentation will be at your disposal to facilitate your stay.

To COME TO OUR PLACE
3 airports are situated nearby: that of Toulon-Hyères (30mn, those of Marseille and Nice (1:30 am). The closest big station of train is in Toulon: 25 mn.
Unless you simply wanted to take advantage of the villa, a car is necessary!

PRACTICAL DETAILS
The final housework is included. You can rent bed linen(15€ / bed ) and toilet linen (5€ / person).

We wish that you take advantage completely of your stay but also that you let places in a correct state. Inclusive household does not mean "when I am gone let happen what may"!
Have the kindness to indicate any dysfunction within 24 hours following your arrival: to remedy it well on, but also to avoid any dispute during your departure, certain problems are seen only when using.
Thank you for using ashtrays for your cigarettes, to tell us if you bring animals and not to let them rise on beds and sofas:)

In brief: Make yourself at home and adopt the same respect for places and equipments as if you were at your home. Thank you!

Similarly you can reach in 20 minutes the beautiful city of Hyères-les-Palmiers, rich leisure (shopping, cinema, library etc..) and charming historic center. From Hyères, you are at 5 minutes from the beach of Almanarre, famous windsurfing spot, famousand joy vacationers with its 5km sandy beach of one of the Giens.
Also you will join in 20 minutes the beautiful city of Hyères-les - Palmiers and its charming historic center, rich in leisure activities (shopping, cinema, media library etc.) . From Hyères, you are in 5mn from the big and lovely sand beach of L'Almanarre, famous spot of windsurfing, one of the beaches of the peninsula of Giens.
The peninsula, protected site, is a wild and beautiful place that leaves lasting memories: ballads in beautifull landscapes, small ports nested in nice rocky coves, water-sport places, fun activities for all the ages and all the tastes. There you will find departures for the Golden Islands: Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant. But you can also visit the nearby coastal towns, which have kept their picturesque side.
Around Sollies, in 30 minutes maximum with car, activities abound: tree climbing, via ferrata, biking, hiking, horseback riding, golf, canoeing, etc..
