L'îlet Petite Martinique comporte plusieurs villas avec piscine, dont les propriétaires appartiennent aux plus grandes familles békés de la Martinique.

• L'îlet Chancel : le plus grand de la Martinique, sa superficie est de 80 hectares, il possède une magnifique plage "le Trapèze". On y trouve des vestiges datant des 17e et 18e siècle. On peut y voir une grotte à chauves-souris avec une population très importante. Avec le domaine du Prêcheur/Grand Rivière, il constitue l’unique endroit où l’on peut encore apercevoir une centaine d’iguanes endémiques des Petites Antilles.
• Le banc de sable blanc de l’îlet Loup Garou qui reste un modèle unique de plage primitive des Caraïbes. Certains oiseaux migrateurs y font escale. L’accès de cet îlet est de ce fait interdit de septembre à décembre afin d’assurer leur reproduction et la protection d’autres espèces migratrices comme les tortues.
• L'îlet Madame : avec une plage extraordinaire et des fonds blancs entièrement balisés.
