Description
In a typical farmhouse between CHARTREUSE and LAC du BOURGET at 400 m altitude with an unobstructed view of the Lake and the mountains, you are welcome in this cottage warm and cosy of 63 m 2 with swimming pool indoors. It is composed of three rooms, completely renovated in 2012 with ecological materials.
For your comfort, the facilities are modern. Each room is equipped with beds and large bathroom (hydromassage shower).
If necessary baby bed available.
Outside, you can enjoy a (huge!) football field, an indoor swimming pool during the summer, sledges in the winter and you may come across a deer, a fox or a badger during your outings on foot or in the garden!
The garden: you will have a private space (terrace and garden) to relax or to lunch. You will surely come across a cat or two (obese but very nice), nice and sociable dogs and chickens who will be delighted to make you taste their eggs!
Our access is plowed but for your safety the special equipment are recommended in winter.
Guests can enjoy on-site: hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing (two pairs on loan) and luge, aeromodelling...
And nearby: paragliding, horse riding (two equestrian centers), via ferrata, swimming in a pool or in one of the Lakes (le Bourget or Aiguebelette).
Skiing: skiing (Margeriaz 45 mn, Collet D'allevard, Val thorens, La Feclaz, for the nearest stations), cross-country skiing (la Féclaz 45 mn), cross-country skiing in Chartreuse, Maurienne, Tarentaise and Beaufortain A proximity (times are calculated for journeys in cars with non-compressible jewelled path 5mn): shops: 10 mn, Chambéry: centre 15 minutes, the lighthouse and the parc des expositions 15 minutesAix - bath 30 min.
WE except holidays: 190 EUR dog owners: the property is not fenced we are surrounded by a forest. There are free-range chickens, cats and other animals so do not leave your pet unattended. Hunting any animal species is prohibited. No barking, it will traumatize the cats also. The swimming pool and the floor are reserved for humans.
In the garden, under the supervision of its master, your pet will have plenty of space to run, play ball, play with our dog. There is a basin for soaking when it's hot.
Take your dog with you when you go for a walk.
Your beds will be made upon arrival. (linens provided without extra charge in high season)
In low season, arrival days are free and the option sheets.

les enfants ont adoré les séances de plongeons dans la piscine, les grands les séances de longueurs pour la remise en forme! la maison est très bien équipée et avons découvert un jeu de société très sympa à jouer en famille. Accès facile à Chambéry et Aix les Bains, promenade/randonnée directement de la maison.
