Incorporated in 1966 by our grandfather in the middle of the fields at the time, this House in full feet has been able to protect its environment, despite the evolution of urbanization, with its large plot of 1500 m2 closed walls, located 100 metres from the Wild Coast.
You'll like yourself again in two, with family or friends in this unique environment is the ile de Ré, away from it all and so close to nature and yet if easily accessible thanks to the bridge connecting it directly to La Rochelle.
We have created it this year to stay in total comfort and take advantage of this exceptional setting, relaxing, swimming, ballads to bikes and feet (particularly at night illuminated by the glow of the lighthouse under the stars listening to the surf of the sea).
Don't miss the sunsets always different from one day to the other.
Layout of the House: the main room gives on the shaded terrace the afternoon by a large glass door.
A fireplace in the Center and one side lounge with convertible corner sofa and armchairs before the TV-video-sound space and on the other side, before the grand buffet, a table that can accommodate 12 guests.
The kitchen is fully rebuilt and equipped 3 bedrooms for the daily sleeping: 1 with double bed and cot type umbrella with mattress 1 with 140 1 (sleeps 6) with a mezzanine 140 bed bed, 1 sofa bed 140 and 2 bunk beds 90 (called the House of children) bathroom with shower, washbasin and bidet.
Independent WC, large pantry to the kitchen.
1 shower room with outside access for Beach returns.
Well known for its exceptional setting, the island of Ré will enchant you for unforgettable moments on the seafront.
The village of St. Clement, located in the North - Western tip of the island, 30 minutes from La Rochelle, gives you direct access to the Wild Coast, to the lighthouse of whales, and Northern beaches, its forest and marshland, refuge for migratory birds so that to the proud of Ars, Kit shirt and her bench of the woodcutter discovered at low tide.
Rich in paths, you can circulate safely to Saint Martin fortified port.
You will feel in a world apart of crossing the bridge, which does not prevent the island to be equipped with all necessary for the life of all businesses the days, supermarkets, local markets and shops nearby (bakeries, butchers and fishmongers, clothing, handicrafts, restaurants, cinema, etc).
We live on the Mainland and will pick ourselves for your arrival and your departure.
A food kit troubleshooting and maintenance products is provided to you for an arrival in peace quiet and space qualify Headquarters counterparts without partitions.
Beach, salt marsh, forest, Lighthouse and village accessible to foot and bicycle for any age access by car but also advised by bus "mouettes" from La Rochelle, several times per day.
2 nights minimum (4 in summer) because we do not live on-site, indifferent arrival day.
Rates was: 30 June to 15 July: €1230 per week from 16 July to 15 August: € 1560 per week from 16 August to 30 August: €1230 the week the rest of the year: €200 per night (minimum 2), €180 per night (from 3) or €150 night from 7 (€ 1050) week rates all charges included.
