Description
Two kilometres from the beach and 500 metres from the shops, this large House will welcome your family or your friends to a pleasant and quiet stay. The area is quiet and peaceful. The street that passes in front of the House only being used by local residents.
Renovated in 2010, the accommodation has all the comforts necessary for a pleasant holiday. Inside, three large bedrooms, each offering two or three beds, two baby beds can accommodate large families or groups of friends. On the ground floor it is a room with two twin beds. Upstairs there are a bedroom for two persons and a bedroom with two bunk beds and a corner bed. Bunk beds can be used by children from the age of six. A small room, acting library (with many books for all ages), has also an extra bed which is a bench seat equipped with a Slatted bed base and a mattress. Below, there's another bed "drawer", with also diagrid with slats and mattress. Each may be suitable for one person. In this piece, there are also numerous games and toys for children. In the lounge, a fireplace will warm your evenings if you choose to come during the cooler seasons, while in summer, the terrace you will enjoy. Side lounge, you have also and a TV, a DVD player (DVD), a VCR (and tapes) as well as Board games for all ages. In the dining room a large table with chairs is waiting for you. The independent kitchen is equipped with appliances: plate of gas and electric cooking, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, Toaster, electric mixer, babychef, service raclette, waffle as well as numerous crockery and kitchen utensils. A round table with chairs and stools to lunch. All the material necessary for the household is provided, such as brooms, rag, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products. The bathroom has a bathtub and is equipped for young children. The upstairs bathroom has a shower.
In the garage, washing machine, dryer, sink, iron and ironing board allow you to maintain your laundry. A freezer is also present. The terrace is equipped with a living room of garden, barbecue and sun loungers. A large walled garden surrounds the House, offering children a safe play space.
In home internet access is available and a phone allows you to call all fixed, in France and abroad. Bikes for all ages as well as helmets are also at your disposal. This home is fully equipped to receive a baby or young child: cots, high chair, bath, transat, Trotter, carrying, strollers, infant carrier on the bike, backpack baby carrier, toys, changing table, tricycle.
In the village of Lanvéoc, about 500 m from the House, you will find restaurants, bakery, butchers, grocery store, Tobacconist, post, office of tourism, doctor, pharmacy, dentist, physiotherapist, hairdressers and garage. Supermarkets are located in the centre of Crozon, 6 km, and food discounts and all other shops.
