Le plus : prix très attractif pour ce studio d'une belle surface
Le moins : propreté douteuse à l'arrivée, le nettoyage s'impose avant de s'installer. Murs sales. Matelas usé et tâché sans aucune protection. Couette déchirée, draps jetables de mauvaise qualité.Pas de point lumineux près du lit. Bref, je n'y reviendrai pas, d'ailleurs je n'y ai passé qu'une nuit sur 3 .
Je n'attendais pas un grand confort mais pensais trouver un lieu propre respectant les conditions d'hygiène.
