Totally independent of approximately 24 square metres, with terrace in a garden of a 1930 house, located in a neighborhood in the center of Toulouse (behind the matabiau station, jolimont Street)
Price: €300 (all inclusive) per week or 50 euros per night minimum 3 nights
The STUDIO includes a lounge with TV and sofa, a fully equipped Kitchenette (plate area(micro wave, coffee machine, Toaster, washing machine, etc.), nice bathroom with shower, hairdryer, Functional furniture, double bed of 1,40 m.
Terrace 10M 2, sunny and furnished.
The kitchenette and the (individual) heating and hot water (cumulus) run on electricity.
TV LCD, internet access.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided, at the end of stay the cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.
Location: very close to the downtown, in a quiet street of the great city centre: 15 min. walk place Wilson, square Capitol bus, stop all directions: 100 m Station "bikes in Toulouse": 100 m metro Station ' jolimont to: 2 min. walking device and highways: 6 min. drive possibility to park cars on the street... There is always room.
PS: 3 Persian cats live in the garden but do not enter in the studio!
