The houseboat is very well located, close to the public transport, and the big new commercial center of Confluence. The entrance is on the newly renovated Saône docks.
This bachelor suite of 30 square meters has an extraordinary private terrace equipped with deckchairs, sunbrella, table, chairs and a new Barbecue!
Inside, 3 steps up bring you to the well-equipped and separated kitchen, then 3 steps down bring you to the bedroom. In the bedroom there are 2 singles beds that can form a double bed + one convertible sofa (can sleep up to 3 people), a large closet, a bathroom with shower and washrooms.
From the studio you have a view on the docks and on the river. It is as comfortable as a real apartment (it has an air conditioner, heating, and you can drink the water!).
