Located in the heart of the natural Mouriscot, 2 not the beaches of Ilbarritz, La Milady, equestrian, the Ilbarritz Golf Centre, 10 minutes from the city centre, the train station, the airport, this beautiful basque House with a superb Park of 4000m2 accommodates up to 5 people. If you like the houses of character and charm of the former, this rental is for you! The equipment is a little old but comfortable, high-quality bedding. The parking is easy (2 seats at least).
Composition:-2 double bedrooms-1 living room with fireplace-1 room with additional bed for-1 dining room with a beautiful table mass-1 Office, these 4 parts being opened on the other.
-1 Bathroom with bathtub-1 kitchen - terrace/veranda all parts except the dining room have a window or a door onto the garden.
The 1st floor is doomed, and I live in the independent studio under the House.
Equipment:-electric oven / range-refrigerator/freezer washing machine steps of TV or internet for the moment; a small TV (without antenna) and a DVD player are available on request. I can also leave you my enseintes if you with your computer with the music :-) otherwise superb vintage Radio!
I am deemed get pay attention to my guests, and always do mo ^ n possible so that the home is a level above simple yardstick discount key; in this context, I also always leaves a "background of Cabinet", but also toilet paper, and provided sheets and bath towels (not Beach!)
I can also offer extra services:-basket welcome, classic or VIP(lait, café, thé, pain, beurre, confiture) or VIP with wine, the country cherry jam, honey, cheese, bayonne ham) - dinner prepared by my care (or picnic basket) - Babysitting - Doggysitting the extent of the agreement with my dog;-) - obviously, I will be happy to advise you of activities and good addresses, and can also make reservations for you (from a good restaurant, passing by a golf course, or a concert...)
