Located in a brand new residence, this apartment will seduce you. It is conveniently located at the doors of Grenoble: close to the University Grenoble Alpes, a few minutes by tram from the city of Grenoble and SNCF train station, and 25 minutes from ski resorts. You can enjoy the view of the mountains.
Composed of a living room with 2 single beds (2 * 80 * 200) that you can combine to make a double bed, a kitchenette in the Hall and a bathroom with shower and toilet, the T1 is 23 m². It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has a microwave, an electric kettle, plates dishwasher, refrigerator and everything you need to cook. The apartment also has free WiFi and a flat TV with cable and satellite channels.
The residence offers a parking place. During your stay you can also enjoy the hotel services offered by the residence at extra cost: launderette, one-time cleaning (30€) and breakfast (€ 10 per person).
Pets are allowed at the price of € 10 per night or € 50 per month payable locally.
We welcome you every day from 7: 00 to 23: 00. Housing will be available from 2 pm.
A deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival by cheque or borrows CB (not boxed).
Tourist tax (€ 0.90 / person / night) is not included in the price and must be paid at the end of the stay directly on the spot.
