This modern studio with balcony on the second floor and last floor of the building is located in the quiet Bordeaux Chartrons area.
The bright studio offers all the comforts of 40 m² for two persons. The fully equipped, open kitchen includes induction hob with extractor, oven, toaster, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine . A washer and dryer is also available. There is a dining table in the studio for two to four people, a lounge with LED TV included 195 channels, lecteur DVD and a bedroom with a large double bed. The modern bathroom has a large Italian shower with glass front, toilet and sink.
The small balcony with seating to enjoy a balmy evening.
The use of the Internet ( Wi-Fi ) is included in the price . It is a Non smoking studio, which makes it perfect for both extended stays, business trips or a romantic getaways.
The studio is located in the heart of the Chartrons district of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bordeaux and surrounded by antique shops and art galleries. For romantic walks along the quay invites the Garonne. Delicatessens , bakers, butchers , fishmongers and restaurants are located nearby the studio. The location also allows you to reach the main sights of the city on foot, by bus or tram to discover .
If you arrive by car, a public car park is available 24/24 located about 300 meters from the studio. It is extra and the rate is 19 Euros by day, 55 Euros by week and 140 Euros by month. (Please let us know in advance)

I spent an excellent four nights here.
Having been recently refurbished, the kitchen, bathroom and living areas are all very well finished. The bed particularly was incredibly comfortable...I struggled to leave it most mornings!
Slyvian was an excellent host; providing all the information I needed as well as prompt and detailed responses to any queries I had. This was particularly appreciated asI booked my stay here at very short notice.
I highly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for somewhere which offers a reasonable rate, excellent service, and in a fantastic part of Bordeaux.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
