Location: ideally located behind the famous Palace, the Martinez Hotel, in a quiet street without nocturnal activity, 200 metres from la Croisette and beaches, 600 metres from Rue d'Antibes, 600 metres from the Port Canto, 1300 metres from the Gare de Cannes and 1800 metres from the Palais des festivals, the apartment is located in the residential area of Baja California.
It is the 5th and last floor of a building in 1956, very well maintained.
There is a babysitter and intercom access.
The most beautiful beaches of fine sand of Cannes are 200 metres away including a free public beach and a municipal beach at the very attractive price.
Of many local shops (laundry, Petit Casino, pharmacy, cafe, restaurant, salons hairdressing, tobacco, banks) are within a radius of 250 meters.
You can also bring your children to the rides at the rose garden, on the Croisette to 250 metres or the Park des Gabres.

Bathroom with shower, tub, furnished of storage with mirror and WC.
A wardrobe with mirrors and sliding doors in the entrance Corridor and will store your personal belongings.
Attention: the sheets and towels are not provided but can be hired in a laundry located in the front of the apartment.
