Coming to Nantes for a short or long term, a night, a weekend, a week or more, my apartment welcomes you in an atmosphere of books and films to invite you to discover the life and history of the city of Nantes.
In your pictorial book wanderings, you absorb different facets of this city and its surroundings. The richness and diversity of the Nantes' editions, you will discover a city where the book is real and alive.
Very soon will be offered a video library of Nantes' film production, rich of documentary films, fiction, short and feature films, you will know how this city bears interest to filmmakers.
Description of the place:
apartment of 50 square meters, remade by myself. Designed to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere. Comfort is present into the smallest detail.
Equipment apartment.
Number of beds: A bed of 140 equipped with a cloth cover, a flat sheet and a quilt with pillow.
A sofa bed 140 equipped with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, comforter with pillows.
Bathroom linen is provided.
A kitchen with all the utensils will allow you to prepare your meals at home.
Six complete cutlery, coffee machine nespresso with a refill of ten pods offered, kettle, oven convection, microwave, dishwasher, Toaster, refrigerator, extractor hood, induction plates. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. You will find the basic ingredients: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar...
A video projector and its connectors HDMI and RC screen gives you the ability to watch movies and listen to your music.
Internet connection broadband (fiber).
Accessible place: South Nantes train station five minutes walk, airport twenty minutes by taxi and shuttles, highway exit at fifteen minutes.
My apartment is located in a strategic area, two hundred metres from the Cité des Congrès, three minutes from le Lieu Unique, five minutes from the centre of Nantes and its old quarter, close to all museums,near the Loire and the Erdre River, garden plant with tropical greenhouse for the pleasure of the bucolic ballad. All these places are within walking distance. For the impatient, a tram is just three minutes from the apartment, a bike) statio (Bicloon and a bus - way stop lie at the door of the building.
