Bon petit studio, idéalement placé proche des gros axes et des transports en commun. Rue assez calme dans l'assemble. Niveau confort il manque à mon avis une cafetière et un tapis de bain. Seul bémol c'est la difficulté a ce garer car attention au passage de la fourrière dans la rue.
