confort correct: bémol sur l'emplacement de la cuisine (dès que ça fume un peu pour la cuisson d'un plat l'alarme sonne), il n'y a pas de mirroir près du lit, faible débit de la chasse des toilettes, bruit la journée (face de la rue piétonne), bon emplacement (côté université, commerces etc...)
