Nice rental in Lyon L'appartement manque quand même énormément d'hygiène, évier et douche bouchés. Pas de sac poubelle à l'arrivée. Sol pas très propre malgré que l'appartement est tout de même mieux que la dernière fois.

Nice rental in Lyon Je suis arrivé dans un logement sale, n'ayant pas été inspecté par le gestionnaire avant mon arrivée car il restait meme les anciens draps du locataire précédent encore installé dans le lit, des dizaines de punaises mortes jonchées le sol au milieu de miettes et restant de nourriture, sol lui meme très sale, taché de traces d'eau ect... Le WC etait dans un état lamentable ainsi que le lavabo et la douche. D'ailleurs ceux ci etaient bouchés et le sont restés jusqu'à la fin car malgrè plusieurs plaintes auprès du gestionnaire rien n'a été fait! De toute manière, lors de mon arrivée et après être entré dans une chambre degueulasse(!) il n'a pas voulu m'accompagné pour le constater lui meme! D'ailleurs j'attend toujours le passage de la femme de ménage...Heureusement que j'avais un nécessaire de ménage avec moi car je n'ai meme pas pu m'adosser à un mur vu leur état, je vous parle pas du reste!!! Je n'aurais d'ailleurs pas pu manger vu que des restants de nourriture étaient encore présent dans le micro onde et les plaques de cuisson, n'en parlont pas!
Par contre le gestionnaire m'a bien confirmé qu'il ferait payé les 80€ de ménage à l'ancien locataire vu que celui ci ne l'a pas été fait avant son départ. N'hésitez donc pas à lui transmettre mes coordonnées bancaires afin de recevoir ce montant qui m'est du vu qu'aucun service de ménage n'est passé, sauf moi!
Aucun geste commercial ni de dédommagement m'ont été accordé. Un truc qui est sur c'est que je saurais faire leur publicité, mais certainement pas dans le sens qu'il souhaite!

Nice rental in Lyon Accueil très agréable encore une fois, très propre et confortable ! Accès très pratique au métro et bus ! A noter, difficulté à trouver le local poubelle.
