October 2015Niveau emplacement on est à coté du centre ville mais également à coté de la 4 voie, du tram qui passe sous la fenêtre et des gens qui gueulent toute la nuit à coté de l'immeuble le jeudi soir (voir dans l'immeuble quand ils rentrent à 4h du matin voir plus).
Impossible de trouver comment accéder au bureau du gardien (porte fermée) et donc de demander s'il y a un parking pour l'immeuble et si on peut y accéder. Et donc 1 mois de parking payant à payer, à cause de l'emplacement de l'immeuble puisqu'il n'y a rien de gratuit autour.
Sinon l'appartement en lui même est correct. -
