Quiet room - Centre Bordeaux
Description
11 m2 room on the first floor of a duplex House with bathroom and wc independent nothing for you. (I live on the ground floor) overlooking a courtyard of 30 m2 - new bedding - mattress anti-mite-towels provided wifi - coffee and teas available - you can use the tv in the living room when I'm not there.
The kitchen is yours up to eleven o'clock in the morning for breakfast (5 euro/pers, if you want that I prepare you) you can take either in the kitchen or in the courtyard, if the weather allows it.
A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal (1 free use, 3 euros the following - provided laundry) tram stop 200 metres to the centre (5 mins by tram) - 2 200 metres Vélib stations - close the C.H.U. of stadium - to 1/4 walk from the historic city centre of Bordeaux 1/2 hour from the train station by bus or tram-(car park nearby) quiet with a few small restaurants nearby walk.
