General conditions of rental of bed and breakfasts.
Validation of a reservation: stays are guaranteed only upon receipt of a deposit whose amount corresponds to the duration of your stay which will be deducted from the final invoice at the beginning of the stay agreed.
Prepayments are cashed for receipt of your reservation.
You can adjust these payments in 2 ways: - either by cheque (to the order of Christiane ANTOINE) - be in cash.
The payment of a deposit implies acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.
Payment of the balance of the stay will be the day of your arrival.
On-site time of arrival: the rooms are available from 4 pm. Arrivals are at the latest at 1900 hours. Thank you prevent for any arrival after 19: 00.
Departure time: the time of departure the rooms must be done before 11:00.
Access to the property, the table d ' hôte is exclusively to people staying at Christiane and Gerard.
The client undertakes to make room in perfect condition at the end of the stay, to declare and financially, assume any possible degradation which may be responsible for the property.
Our friends the animals will not be accepted (even small!).
Cancellation: If the cancellation occurs:-more than 30 days before the beginning of your stay, advance payments are refunded with a deduction of 5 euros fee for folder and correspondence.
-Less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay, payments remain vested in the owners of the premises.
-Less than 15 days before the beginning of the stay, payments remain acquired by the owners of premises who claim or collect the balance of the rental price or stay if rental or stay remains vacant following the cancellation.
-If the customer does not occur before 7 p.m. the day of the beginning of the stay, the owners may have their rooms. Payments schedu to owners of sites that claim or collect the balance of the price of the rental or stay if rental or stay remains vacant following the cancellation.
In case of stay / rental shortened, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains fully vested in the owners of the premises.
In the event of cancellation of a reservation by virtue of the owners of the premises, that ci undertakes to notify the client of the cancellation of his reservation by any means and to repay the instalments paid by the customer within 8 days.
-If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the beginning of your stay, the owners will refund the balance of the rental price or the residence tax is not news on Orthez.
