Hello and welcome.
In a quiet village 15 km in the South of Strasbourg:
-easily accessible (Motorway A35/A4 at 1 minute, local train station 5 min, bus stop outside the house).
-close to all the shops: small grocery store, banks, Tobacco shop, post in the village, supermarket at 5 minutes by car.
We provide a room with bathroom, WC, on the first floor of our house.
Breakfast can be served for an extra charge of 5 EUR/person/day.
Possibility to park your car in our closed yard.
Shaded garden available, green and relaxing envrionment.
Free wifi access (on request).
On request, and if we are available, we can also make you visit the region and discover the typical Alsatian dishes.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
