Description
You will be staying in a 18m2 bedroom with a double bed overlooking the garden in our charming stone house. It is a 5 minutes walk to Paris doors, and 3min to the RER station, taking you to central Paris in 10min. It is ideal to discover Paris.
Located at Paris doors, our charming 1914 stone house combines the charm of tradition and modern comfort. With the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and the bedrooms on the 1st floor, the house is well organized and convenient.
Your bedroom comprises a double bed and a closet where you will be able to store your belongings.
The bathroom, shared, is located on the 1st floor between the two bedrooms and comprises a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet.
Downstairs a cosy living room will welcome you after your long walks around Paris.
The living room and the kitchen are opening on the terrace. Therefore, you can easily enjoy the sun to lunch outside or simply savor a cup of coffee.
We can prepare breakfast for our guests for an additional 5 euros per person per day. Just advise us when booking.
Guests have access to all of the house's equipments. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction electric cooker, Microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, cooking robots, etc. Thus, our guests can also prepare their own meal if they wish to.
In the living room there is everything you need to chill out : TV, DVD & Blue Ray player, HiFi. And we invite you to discover our many books.
There is an open Internet access through Wifi.
In the basement there is the washing machine and a laundry room.
We will be happy to exchange with our guests and give them advice as to the places they should visit in Paris, and our good restaurant adresses.
The Neighborhood
The house is located in a calm residential area, at the doors of the 13th and 14th arrondissement of Paris. It offers all the advantages of the city and the quietness of the suburbs.
At the end of our street you will find a very good French bakery, but also one of the best Portuguese bakery of South Paris. There is a small supermarket at a 3 minutes walk from the house, where you can find all the supplies you need for your stay.
It is a 10 minutes walk to the park of the International University Cité, with its sport complex, its welcoming lawn.
Just across from the University, you can enjoy the beautiful Montsouris Park created in the 19th century to offer Parisians a place to stroll and breathe fresh air. From there, a large alley with centennial trees leads directly to the Denfert Rochereau square, and its "Art Deco" district.
You can also chose to discover the 13th arrondissement with its chinese district or the Butte-aux-cailles, less famous then Montmartre, but as charming.
All these historical places are less than 15 minutes away, if you hop on the tram or rent à bike - there is à Vélib station 3 minutes from the house.
Disneyland Paris is only 35 minutes away from the house by car, or 1h with the RER train.
Getting around
It is a 3 minutes walk from the house to the RER station Gentilly, where trains take you in 10 minutes to the historical center of Paris with the B Line. At the Gentilly RER station there is also à Vélib rental bike spot.
It is à 10 minutes walk to the "Parc Montsouris" Tramway station.
Connexion to the Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports are direct and very simple through the RER B line. Connecting to Charles de Gaulle airport will take you 50 minutes by train, and its a 20 minutes ride to Orly airport. Orly is a 15 minutes away from the house by Taxi.
If you have a car, you can park on front if the house.
House Rules
All guests should behave with care and respect into the house, as it is our main residence, and we love it. Pets are not accepted - sorry - nor smoking in the house !

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
