Room quiet and Central
Description
In a lively and central area, my home will allow you to take full advantage of Paris (several subway lines and bus less than 5 minutes) and even, if you like to walk, to visit the heart of the city on foot (Beaubourg or the Marsh at 15 mn, Notre - Dame and the city 30 mins walk).
My building is surrounded by cafés and restaurants and parallel shopping street you will find all kinds of shops, chic as discount. The busy street until late allows you to return to public transport or walk safely. Finally, overlooking back yard, my apartment is very quiet, you won't be embarrassed by revelers who linger in bistros or cars. Nor by myself that will not leave my room from 10 pm (or 8 p.m.) at 10: 00.
Indeed, you will stay in my living room (sofa bed for 2 very comfortable seating, wardrobe and table/chairs, a television for your sole use), there is the kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, gas stove-oven) and the bathroom (toilet, wash basin, shower) at your leisure. Except my room, the space available is approximately 16 m2 (see photos).
I will therefore dwell my room adjacent to the living room and equipped with wc. So I won't have to cross the stay the night and you'll have places to your single and disposal between 10: 00 and 22: 00. During the remainder of the day we will share the bathroom and kitchen.
You will find lingerie to bed as well as towels toilet, crockery and a product-based food (salt, pepper, oil vinegar).
Breakfast is offered to you (coffee, tea, toast, butter, jam).
Finally of course if you want we can also chat over coffee or share a dinner on my round table.
ATTENTION: Due to electrical appliances and outlets located close to the ground, I disagree to children less than 8 years.

March 2015La chambre est en effet tout à fait tranquille, très calme le jour comme la nuit.
Danielle est sympathique, avenante et arrangeante, elle m'a donné beaucoup d'informations et d'astuces concernant Paris et le quartier. la "cohabitation" s'est bien passée.

C'était ma première expérience de chambre partagée, heureusement que cet essai a eu lieu chez Danielle. Danielle est discrète et très arrangeante, j'ai bénéficié de bonnes adresses et de toutes les indications pour me déplacer dans Paris, trouver un bon restaurant, un cybercafé, les musées et de bonnes astuces pour les transports parisiens. Si le studio en arrivant vous parait petit, ne vous inquiétez pas ! Le cœur de Danielle est grand et sa personnalité comble tout le reste. La literie est excellente.
