Located on the heights of Ile Rousse, in residence standing in the beautiful region of Balagne (garden of Corsica), its surface is 58 m². The living room and the bedroom opens onto a covered terrace of 25 m².
In total, it is a life of 83 m2 surface equipped for your utmost comfort and boasting a full view over the sea, the port of Ile Rousse, Agriate, Cap Corse and its mountains.
Its orientation is still most popular in summer. The terrace is a real part of life. Towards no, preserved privacy.
