Description
Apartment for 4 people, within a family property, located 5 minutes from the city center of Ruoms.
We are 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Gorges de l ' Ardèche and the Chauvet Cave.
The set consists of 16 apartments, which have been completely renovated in 2012.
A large swimming pool of 25 m long is exclusively reserved for our tenants.
The Ardèche is 300 m from the site.
Our apartments are all air conditioned.
It is apartment of 40 m2 more terrace of 10 m 2.
The ground floor apartments have direct access to a large lawn.
Space green over 10000 m2 for our tenants.
They are composed of a kitchen opening onto the living room (with sofa bed) TV, DVD, BARBECUE, vacuum cleaner..., a bathroom with bath and a bedroom.
The shops are less than 5 minutes, as many sports activities providers in the region. (canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, visit Aven, of magnanerie...)
You can of course rent an apartment for the weekend (except July and August) between 160 and 180 euros for two nights.
If you want to relax, Sandie, our professional masseuse, will take care of you by the pool or in your apartment. (make you to take on-site rates provided on site).
NEW THIS YEAR: 2 APARTMENTS OF 100M 2 (3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS...): 1200 EUROS PER WEEK IN JULY AND AUGUST.
