Located in a city comfortably served by several modes of transport (stop: Garibaldi - metro 13 nearby). Only 10 minutes away from the centre of Paris, you will enjoy moving thanks to RER C located at the foot of this lodging that dessert among other the Saint Michel district. Close to shops, the Stade de France and the famous market of St Ouen will enjoy the curiosity of the most intrepid.
The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Arrival:
Check-in can be done anytime after 4 pm, either directly with the residence manager if you arrive during his working hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 11:00 or 15:00 to 18:00) or through a safety-deposit box located in the residence whose code will be sent in the booking confirmation e-mail.
A DEPOSIT of € 310 is requested for stays longer than 6 nights (check only) - The deposit will be due upon arrival to the residence manager who will be welcoming you. This deposit will be returned to you when checking-out.
This apartment features a double clic-clac bed (140x190x cm), a kitchenette and a bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a fridge as well as plates.
You will find dishes and utensils for cooking. Also there’s necessary equipment and products to do the dishes and maintain the apartment, as well as a TV set.
You will receive a disposable linens kit at your arrival. PLAN A TOWEL because they are not provided.
An internet connection is available.
A parking spot can be allocated if availability.
A self-service laundry is available (works with token purchase on-site).
Before your departure:
Housing must be returned in perfect condition of hygiene and cleanliness. We remind you the presence of the maintenance kit in your dwelling. Otherwise, a household fee of €80 will be charged.
Check-out must be done BEFORE 11 AM.

September 2015Logement fonctionnel, idéal court séjour. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas à notre arrivée, dépannage efficace au bout de 2 jours. Manque toujours un deuxième bol et quelques ampoules. Voir autres commentaires
