November 2015ATTENTION: Je trouve qu'il manque une télé dans le hall pour les squatteurs qui tiennent une permanence tous les soirs, qui urinent dans le hall, fument un peu de tout, dealent et salissent tout. Heureusement, la gardienne a ajouté une poubelle dans le coin qu'ils squattent aujourd'hui (30 Novembre 2015). J'ai cru halluciner !!!! L'annonce indique " Résidence sécurisée" et "calme et agréable", on repassera pour ces critères là.
Sinon concernant l'appartement, il est correct, des travaux ont été effectués afin de régler les problèmes que j'avais rencontré (plaque électrique HS, poire de douche qui fuit, évier de cuisine qui coule dans le placard). -
