Studio à Courbevoie Le rideau est défait il manque une ampoule ce n'est pas grave mais j'aimerais si c'est possible réintégrer la chambre au 4em merçi d'avance

Studio à Courbevoie Dommage pour la fuite d'eau qui a durer 3 jours .. et rentrer de sa journée en trouvant du monde dans sa chambre pour les réparations alors que j'avais des révisions ....

Studio à Courbevoie Très déçu après une location d'un mois. Le prix est très élevé pour les prestations.

L'accueil par le gestionnaire de la résidence (qui semble ne plus être là aujourd'hui) fut très glacial, expéditif et sans aucune information.
A peine la chambre investie, je m’aperçois que le mitigeur de la cuisine est hors d'usage. J'ai donc prévenu dès le lendemain la société mais la pièce n'a été changé que près d'une semaine plus tard.
J'avais aussi signalé un bac de douche évacuant mal l'eau, ceci a été réglé après trois semaines (et entre temps j'ai du nettoyer le siphon à mains nues)!
Au bout de trois semaines, quelque chose s'est mis à fuir le long du frigo. J'ai prévenu les gestionnaires par mail. Quelle surprise après 3 jours d'absence de rentrer le vendredi soir les pieds dans une énorme flaque! Le problème n'a pas été identifié mais tout a été réglé le mardi suivant... Fort heureusement la nouvelle gestionnaire m'a proposé une prestation ménage gratuite en compensation.
Le wifi quant à lui est bien présent mais utilisable très difficilement, tant le débit est faible.
Enfin, sur la propreté, je suis très déçu. Vaisselle à moitié propre, sol collant, WC pas propres... J'ai dû tout nettoyer à mon arrivée. Forcément, le forfait ménage étant facturé 80€, les occupants préfèrent faire le stricte minimum, et les vérifications semblent être faites avec le minimum syndical...

Cette expérience d'un mois ne fut donc pas bonne, et je ne retenterai pas à l'avenir.

Studio à Courbevoie Studio très propre où rien ne manque, sauf peut-être un four micro-ondes. Le seul problème reste l'itinéraire à suivre à la sortie du métro : le repère des statues successives jusqu'aux escalators me semble possible et plus facile.
