Les moins: les vitres non doublées, alors que la fenêtre donne côté rue, rue qui, en plus d'être une artère très fréquentée, est souvent l'itinéraire des pompiers et des ambulances (hôpital à proximité).
Les voisins ... qui font pas mal de bruit, et qui forcent les gestionnaires à fermer tous les week end et toutes les soirées après 18h l'accès aux machines à laver parce qu'ils ne sont pas très respectueux de cette partie commune. C'est plutôt embêtant pour laver son linge.
Les portes coulissantes de douche mal fixées et pas brillantes de propreté
Les plus: le grand supermarché juste à côté de la résidence. C'est particulièrement pratique à Aix comme il n'y a pas énormément de supermarchés. A côté du supermarché, un rôtisseur, deux vans à pizza. Une boulangerie à 5 min, un primeur, un charcutier, un imprimeur et une papeterie à 7. A 10 min du Cours Sextius et 12 du Cours Mirabeau.
L'hôpital et un poste de police municipal à proximité, ça compte comme point fort?
Le petit chauffage est parfaitement suffisant pour la pièce. On a une belle TV et l'accès Internet est simple à configurer.
