The House has several apartments in which we accommodate you.
Then, if your heart tells you to come in Nice, you will be welcome to us, between independence and friendliness!
The apartments are 300 m from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, 7 mins walk.
The surroundings are very well served by buses that will take you to the historic centre, as well as train (station at 5 mn) which can lead you to Ventimiglia in Italy, Monaco and Menton, and Cannes, Fréjus, Théoule in the other direction, with its red rocks on the blue sea. Down the street, you also have the 'velobleus' that allow you to travel in the city.
Not far from the airport for those who are flying, the House offers surroundings allowing to easily Park for those who take their car along the fence in a quiet cul-de-sac.
Studio fully equipped and comfortable sleeping: 1 true double bed in 140 on mezzanine (6 m 2) + convertible Queen (BZ) in the lounge.

Some owners impose these fees, this is not my policy and I gives you the freedom. In other words, if you do you even (properly and carefully!) the household, you won't have to pay for it. Making the household does not mean pass a brush stroke, but ensure that truly the apartment have returned to its original state and is ready to be leased to other tenants after you!
