Studio Ground Floor with garden
Description
The studio is located in a private residence with a large swimming pool consisting of two basins (child and adult). The flat is divided into 4 parts : a large room with a 2-peolple-clic-clac bed, a cabin with two child beds, a bathroom with bath and toilet, and a large garden with terrace.
At the bottom of the garden there is a direct access to the banks, thereby skirting the Harbour to the beach by foot or by bike, avoiding the traffic.
You can fully enjoy this studio in which we hope you will spend a good stay! The dish is put at your disposal as well as cooking equipment. The kitchenette is located in the corridor, it is equipped with a fridge and hotplates. However, we ask you to bring your linens (towels, sheets...).
The port is directly next to the residence, along this last for 5-10 min the beach is yours! A larger range is offered to you in 5 minutes by car, but the parking is paid in season (not for bikes).
The residence is equipped with a closed parking for residents, we put at your disposal a badge allowing you to move freely. Bike parking is also available.
