Studio avec un bon rapport qualité/prix mais il manque un four/micro-ondes..

propreté laisse à desiré pas mal de poussière wc sale balcon plein de merde de pigeon voisine bruyante appart 239 premier soir ripage de chaise de table coup dans les murs non insonorisé jusqu'à minuit bien pour des jeunes mais je ne recommande pas pour des gens de plus cinquante ans et je passe sur le canapé le matin mal de dos et si le partenaire de nuit ne retiens pas le canapé de son coté c'est la gamelle assurée ça m'est arrivé dites a votre femme de ménage de passer le chiffon dans le placard et sur les étagères du bureau manque quand même un four où micro onde désolé pour ce commentaire non elogieux
