In a building of the 15th century located on the 1st floor, we offer a penthouse, blending modern comfort with a framework of character. Ideally the apartment sleeps 1 or 2 with the ability to accommodate a child.
The main room consists of a living room with a convertible sofa for 2 people, a coffee table and a fully equipped kitchen. More a mezzanine in an atypical style boat cabin setting (children likes much) the linen and towels are provided. For stays of more than 10 days, we conduct a weekly cleaning. Small dogs accepted with an extra charge of 30 euros per week.
'Court Renaissance' is a very quiet apartment in a building of the 15th century. In the heart of the pedestrian district of old Lyon. Exchange Square is close to cultural sites and stores, in the middle of a pedestrian zone, you will also find a wide choice of restaurants in which you can discover or rediscover Lyon specialities. Parking paid nearby (100 meters), access to the attractions and the peninsula in less than 10 minutes walk.
The convertible sofa specially selected for its ease of use, comfort of sleeping and his design furniture in 140 x 200. For visits with children we have an extra bed (140 x 200) located in a loft cabin in an atmosphere of boat.
The apartment is equipped with antique and contemporary furniture, TV, Internet, wifi, DVD player, stereo, an editable table, Office, all decorated with care. The television is connected to TNT HD and Free services. The kitchen is equipped with numerous accessories, refrigerator, freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, Toaster, kettle. Even if you do not intend to make the kitchen, you can enjoy its advantages.
3 to 5 nights stay is calculated on the night for this period rate. For a stay of 6 to 7 nights, the price of a week is applied. In the past, the rate is prorated to the nights with a gradual decrease from 2 weeks. On your arrival we ask a deposit of €300 by cheque or cash.

January 2013Nous avons été comblés par la qualité du décor alliant le moderne au très ancien, avec tant de goût. Plus que le nécessaire était mis à notre disposition ! Appartement situé en plein coeur du Vieux Lyon, quartier que nous avons particulièrement affectionné. Cette location est à recommander absolument.
Petit bémol : les communications par portable ne passent pas (un téléphone fixe est à disposition cependant.)
